      Pros

      Every company has their problems. It started off great under the old management. If you just need a job to pay the bills and not rock the boat this place is for you.

      Cons

      Then the decline was when new leadership took over. It only spiraled with the best talent and competent people reading the room and leaving.

      Company has strong data-driven point of view on the future of brand visibility in AI search. Product & engineering ship incredibly fast. People are kind and collaborative.

      Cons

      Company has undergone a ton of change in the last year so there is a lot of rebuilding and continued change, which can be hard at times.

      Compensation is not competitive. Product team is a mess - mass turnover and as such it feels impossible to get jobs done.
