      It was all about the culture and the people.

      Cons

      but the people have left and the culture left with them. leadership doesn’t know what they’re doing and treat everyone as expendables.

      Compensation is not competitive. Product team is a mess - mass turnover and as such it feels impossible to get jobs done.
