Pros
Worked on a good account until new leadership came in. Benefits were good.
Cons
The company was totally invisible. They didn't advocate for us. As the client was trying to dissolve the relationship by making the environment unbearable, Yoh sat by and did nothing. Just listened to our complaints. Morale was bad and many Yoh people left the company. Plus they had no place to put you after the assignment ended. They will tell you otherwise. I got 7 good years on the same account I guess that was enough.
