      Great communication, problem solving (where there has even been any, they've been minor and quickly remedied).

      Not really pushing who they have their contracts with for more pay.

      - they let you be and have autonomy - decent health benefits - remote jobs available

      Cons

      - outdated systems - needing to input hours - less pay than the fte i work with - kinda misleading offer (congrats! offer to work at insert big tech name here) - annoying with reminders to fill out timesheets
