Salaries are under market value. Movement to other roles within the organization is not a given and more often than not individuals were unable to be re-assigned. Promises were made and not kept. Zero training was provided - no on-boarding and taught myself as I went or reached out to colleagues in the same position for assistance. Was asked to lie to subordinates under the guise of "this is what's best for them" while receiving feedback on how to be an "authentic" leader.
