      The pay structure is ok

      Cons

      Poor senior leadership with no real idea of what goes on day to day. Can't retain talent Employees feel like just a number No clear goal locally / company wide Senior management keeps changing The President of company has no clue & alienates everyone Say one thing does another

      - they let you be and have autonomy - decent health benefits - remote jobs available

      Cons

      - outdated systems - needing to input hours - less pay than the fte i work with - kinda misleading offer (congrats! offer to work at insert big tech name here) - annoying with reminders to fill out timesheets
