Pros
great team to work with, learn a lot of things in and out of your job scope, try to look out for their field workers, great benefits, not your typically RPO. My direct team leader and operations manager are super awesome.
Cons
less support when working outside of the home office, don't get to know many team members or leaders in/of the home office. Not much career growth when on certain contracts.
