      Zero assistance to develop or expand work, account managers did nothing to diversify work or foster long term consultants or benefit from them Did not treat co-consultants equally in handling of PTO Poor recognition for consultant value over time on the same project

      - they let you be and have autonomy - decent health benefits - remote jobs available

      Cons

      - outdated systems - needing to input hours - less pay than the fte i work with - kinda misleading offer (congrats! offer to work at insert big tech name here) - annoying with reminders to fill out timesheets
