Business Outlook
Pros
Pays well, fast paced, lots of opportunities for career advancement. Great collaborative environment in which to learn from peers and management. Lots of exit opportunities at clients that often pay better than ZS initially. At clients, the upward mobility usually isn't as good as ZS. Secure job. No layoffs in the company history that I know of.
Cons
Sometimes poor work-life balance. Upward mobility is more as a managerial path with technical aspects to it and less upward mobility in a technical role. ZS is restructuring somewhat their internal structure to correct this but I do not yet know the long term results.
