Pros
It is almost cliche...but "the people" are the best part of working at ZS. Generally speaking, people tend to be a little nerdy/quirky, but they are good, smart people and it creates a pretty fun work environment. The pay isn't amazing, but it is a good living -- and you have incredible job security. Consistent double-digit growth every year. You don't have crazy travel schedules like many consultants do.
Cons
No one outside of the healthcare industry has every heard of ZS so not much prestige, etc. The work can get repetitive (same clients, similar project types, same industry). It is hard to get a job outside of pharma after you leave (unless you go to b-school).
