Pros
stable growing company. conservatively managed cost structure. their client industry is in crisis - which maybe good or bad depending on what they make of it - so far they have done well leveraging that. not sure how much more room for growth there is though. zs hires from top schools and most of the staff is fairly young and talented.
Cons
lack of good career prospects post ZS very niche/narrow scope of work long hours and hours spent at work are almost equally valued as the quality of the output. bloated prinicpal ranks with limited room to expand. possibly expanded to too many offices
