Pros

the work culture is not toxic and we are encouraged to share our thoughts on how the company can do better, very easy for file leaves no questions asked, paid parental leaves even for fathers.

Cons

A lot has changed after the company was bought by a private firm. The CS week was removed, no more Christmas giveaways for all employees, the once a month recharge friday was turned into a quarterly thing

Pros

Culture: There is a genuine sense of community here. People actually care about each other’s well-being, which is rare in high-growth tech environments. Product: You’re working on the literal edge of AI. The product is already industry-leading, but the "continuously improving" mindset means we never stagnate. Operational Excellence: The internal systems are fantastic. Navigating your daily tasks is seamless because the company has invested in the right tools to keep work frictionless. Environment: The office space is top-tier, and it serves as a hub for meeting incredibly talented, interesting people from all walks of life.

Cons

Fast Pace: Not really a con for most. As in all tech roles and AI, the product moves so quickly, you have to be comfortable with rapid change. It’s exciting, but it requires high adaptability.
