The people at Zimmer Spine are top notch folks that have excellent backgrounds and experience to drive the company to high levels of success.
Cons
Zimmer Holdings has become so "lawyered up" and paranoid about not going to jail for being out of compliance that in-house personnel and field sales force is hamstrung when trying to compete in the marketplace.
