Pros
Great team (including manager), Fair workload, Good work-life balance, Remote environment, Benefits, overtime pay (optional OT) for hourly employees, annual compensation increases.
Cons
Career growth opportunities are scarce or move very slowly. Easy to take on new responsibilities/try new things but hard to break into a new role. You could be "helping" another department and doing another job for years without a title change or compensation increase in sight.
