      - You can work from abroad for 4 weeks a year - Good benefits - Greatwork communities of Inclusion do to make every feel included - Get free access to the latests AI tools and you will be trained for free - Very agile environment - Good company to start your career

      Cons

      - Yearly layoffs for the last few years regardless of your performance or loyalty to the company - No sense of job security anymore - Harder to get promoted in comparison with other tech companies - Salaries are lower than the average tech company - Too much focus on AI, no clear long-term direction

      Pros

      Good work, lots of AI experiments, AI innovation, latest tech stack, Co-workers are very co-operative and helpful. Most AI tools are still unlimited.

      Cons

      Some teams are over-working due to smaller teams as a result of recent layoffs. Office perks (like catered food, snacks) are dwindling every quarter even though company wants every employee to be 3 days a week in office. Company wants 80 percent code to be generated by AI but no clear guideline how to achieve that.
