Pros
I can genuinely say I love this job and feel I am surrounded by smart and driven individuals. The Leadership at eTeam is incredibly talented and is tasked to lead with a level of transparency that is no easy feat. Leadership is always asking for feedback and uses that feedback in their decision making process. I look up to these leaders and have learned so much from them.
Cons
Somewhat of a start up still, so those growing pains come along with that. Management has done a great job however adjusting to this and future is looking bright
