Hard to find any from my experience .

Cons

Never answer emails. Processed my request to pay for 3 sick days for 3 month. Escalations don't help. Seems management is non existent. Signed me to 401 K fund without my consent-simply started taking money from my pay check. I've got salary raise and they didn't tell me and didn't pay for 2 month, while they were receiving pay.

One of the great things I can say about this company is, they will keep in contact with you to see how things are going on the project. If I ever had a situation that would arise all I needed to do was reach out via email or phone, and Aditya Tewatiya was quick to respond. Thanks for all you do...

Pros

I have access to someone named Aditya Tewatiya and he is my saving grace. He checks on me to see how the project is going consistently. He also helped me with some major pay issues that I had. Because of him, he creates a whole new experience.

There is never anyone to answer the main line and if you don't have someone to directly get in touch with then you are just out there waiting.

I work very closely with Aditya Tewatiya. He is so helpful when it comes to getting very important answers. He’s always checking on me and making sure I’m doing well with my project and doing well personally he’s definitely very professional and also very caring. Every time I call he always answers and if he can’t he calls me right back same day I don’t have to wait for him to respond to long he’s just very helpful.

Had me do all of the paperwork and tests. Just to tell me the position is no longer available

Made me wait all till the holidays was over to tell me the position is no longer available. All they kept telling me was next week manager on vacation leave after the holidays and then after the holidays nothing not even a call or text to let me know they even was ignoring my calls

Getting in contact with anyone in this company is a nightmare. No one never answers the phone nor call you back . Communication with this company is crazy . my Hr contact . He NEVERS answers calls or returns them until days later . I called him about my raise . This went on for a few months . Finally he called me with an update to let me know raise would be applied and made affective 6/1/22. I called again with problems with my paycheck being short again we played phone tag . Were I would call him several times. Send message . At some point he will eventually call you back when he gets around to it . The latest time being 11/08/22. He called me and said my assignment has ended as of this date . As soon as I get shipping label to send laptop back . Part of the message he sent said they will deduct this from my last pay until they get laptop back . Today 11/15/22 I still have not received shipping label . Called this so called HR. Point of contact about seven times left messages still no answer or call back . I finally sent email he responded ge told the business team about this problem . Still no word on when I will get shipping label . But yet they will deduct this from my pay until they get their laptop back. Where is the professionalism in this company you are suppose to work for ?? He is not the only one that does not answer calls or responds. Getting in touch with anyone in this company is a problem.

They're very professional, they complete a task in a timely fashion. There Caring and very polite and also very knowledgeable. They offer medical insurance. Their pay rates are one of the best.

Since my first contact with eTeam I found everyone extremely helpful and kind. I accepted a job offer while on vacation and eTeam was very helpful in helping me find a drug testing site out of state. I wasn’t always available to WIFI so they went above and beyond to help me out. I had a great experience with everyone but would especially like to thank Shivam for helping me out with all Onboarding Documents and answered all my questions while I was on vacation. It wasn’t easy for him to connect with me at times but he kept me updated on exactly what he needed. He was always courteous and patient with me! Thank you eTeam!
