Pros... You have to work 10 hr. on a regular basis, can't take much break. They will forcefully ask to work on heads-up roles, that are not integrated to their system, in short you will be working everyday more then 10 hr. but will not count in your work. Nice strategy eTeam.
Cons
Every hour you should have 10 calls atleast, of you are taking dinner break still you have to call, very frustrating, they need to understand we are not working at call centre. Even if you have 3,4,5 submissions in a day still you have to maintain calls every hour. They don't allows us to take proper break. They don't have much requirements to work on when I was hired, I was working on a position for 5 month same location continuously. Management is really very bad, every time they will ask if somebody has some challenges, but they don't wants to listen to it. It's a strategy to show sympathy only. They hire and fire people without having any reason and obviously nobody wants to waste time in labour court so you have to accept it.
