Pros
After onboarding I basically had a point of contact and my timesheets, then whoever my leads were with the client at the time. This worked really well for me YMMV
Cons
Only some stuff outside the main day to day with regards to clarity when I would email about stuff like benefits but those got resolved after enough back and forth
