Job review - Senior Accountant eTeam Employee Review

I have been with Accenture for two years through eTeams third party payroll, initially promised a conversion to a permanent role after six months based on performance. However, management has not converted any contract employees during this time. Additionally, there have been no salary hikes, overtime allowances, or public holidays. This experience has left me feeling that I wasted my time, effort, and money in a role that did not meet my expectations or provide the promised benefits.
