In the same vein, 2020 has been a difficult year that has impacted everyone globally across all business and life facets with unprecedented changes and uncertainty. It's also the reason why our Team had advised you not to hand in your resignation until we had full clarity and confirmation on your work permit. In retrospect, had this advice been taken, it would have avoided the current predicament you are in, as the headcount was removed the same time the permit was approved, which is very unfortunate.
