Pros
You can learn to use a lot of technologies in a few time and some projects are very interesting. When I started, they were transparent and they told to the employees almost every problem in the company. This year, one japanese company called NTT Data bought this company, so it may fix some problems.
Cons
You can't do the work schedule almost any day, because you have to do overtime very often. Of course, like many companies in Spain, they don't pay the overtime never. The salaries are very low, and it is difficult to climb to another professional category or incrementing the salary.
