Pros

Great manager, fantastic teammates, new office, decent benefits

Cons

First off... is anyone even left at this company? Multiple layoffs every year. As an account manager, you're at the behest of the digital sellers without any of the reward (commission or bonus). You're constantly berated by account executives who overstep their boundaries and offer products or targeting beyond the company's capabilities. Even if they belittle you, most reporting of their behavior falls on deaf ears because of the revenue they generate for the company. During my time with iHeart, I survived five rounds of downsizing and restructuring before it finally impacted me. It always felt like a "when not if" situation. It was seemingly random and never based off performance either -- definitely using some kind of algorithm or randomizing tool. Some of the hardest working people in my department were the first ones to go. Managers are never informed of layoffs until after the fact. In 2.5 years at the company, even after exceeding performance and speaking with leadership on numerous occasions, there was never any raise, bonus, title change, promotion or COL adjustment. Wages are stuck in 2010. If this company is even hiring -- which I doubt with their stock at $1 -- move along.

Pros

The team is very straightforward and helpful and they are willing to give you whatever tools necesary to win. One of the best teams I have ever worked with to be honestly.

Cons

Not many but you need to be flexible with hours as this is production work but that is industry standard.

Pros

The company had really good happy hours and events to attend. Food almost everyday.

Cons

Awful management team. Everyone will plot against you if they see potential. Very political culture and one boss there is a weak male figure in the office. If he doesn’t like you all the other managers follow suit. Mind you he has no power at all yet managers at his same level report to him. Must be experienced to work there really come in with a book of business with accounts that have lots of money because that’s all they care about. They will use and abuse you then cast you to the side make sure you have a second job to lean on. Frequent layoffs no managers of color either. Lots of red flags in the begging do not ignore them.
