Can't think of any. Don't want to be over critical but very hard to find something that stands out.
Cons
- Engineering teams keep passing the blame back and forth when something breaks Very often simple tasks take way too long to complete because of this back and forth. - High level of animosity between managers. It's really weird that they are so unprofessional. - People have grown (promoted) based on number of years of experience and has hence led to senior engineers and engineering leads having very dated and archaic knowledge. Very incompetent to actually lead and manage software product design. - You must be able to stroke your managers ego and keep them feeling secure all the time. Only if they are pleased with your servile attitude and obsequiousness will you have any scope of growth. - They expect you to work long hours even after reaching home to collaborate with offshore teams. - One of the worst work cultures you do not feel part of the team. Very little to no diversity in the engineering teams. - Talking ill about another team member happens so frequently it feels like a TV show. It definitely leaves a sour taste in your mouth.
