Pros
Well, you get paid. If you do a decent job with your stats (dollars per connect, rank percent by title, hours), you can bonus pretty well. Junior agents get a raise monthly until they hit a certain dollar and then they move up to the next title. PTO is great to have.
Cons
Where do I begin? Management is anal about your time being accurate to the millisecond and if it's not accurate, you get pulled out to HR to explain why you're "stealing" time from the company. You can get a decent bonus only if you don't have any procedurals or up to 5 attendance points but other than that, sayonara bonus! PTO is decent; you earn x amount of hours per paycheck depending on how many hours you worked for that paycheck and your title.
