Pros
The flexible working hours is a huge plus for me as a working dad with two small kids. Management really listens to employee feedback and implements changes to improve upon workflow, morale and overall worker satisfaction.
Cons
Working in China means working with Wechat. Wechat is a wonderful tool, but it consumes a lot more than your normal working hours since you find yourself always working regardless of where you are. In fact, Wechat has pretty much replaced email over here. That could get overwhelming sometimes, but I love what I do, so it's not a big deal to always stay up to speed on things.
