      No Bonus for Junior 30 Minutes or Super Junior Classes

      Cons

      This company has now found a way to cheat consultants. They have now reduced the bonus rate for junior 30 minutes class to 40% of the $7.50 base rate. What is even worse, consultants teaching these classes will only receive the 40% bonus if clients give ratings of 10. Now mind you, it is not in this company's interest for clients to rate consultants. No ratings mean more money for them. There are even complaints here that consultants from North America are paid higher base rates. Isn't this a discriminatory to say the least?

      The leading Online Teaching company gets even better!

      Pros

      The new pay structure offered to me has been fantastic, the company holds quality contests that motivate us to go the extra mile so we can earn bonuses every month. The company has been improving a lot lately. I like that I get to meet all kinds of students such as kids, teenagers and adults. That certainly improves my experience quite a lot. I am genuinely excited to know what's to come regarding contests, bonuses and positive changes. Teaching at iTutorGroup has changed my life, I am now able to work from home and I can now spend more time with my family. One last advantage is that you actually get bookings since this company has the largest amount of clients. I have worked in two different companies besides this one and having all the hours I book turned to scheduled hours is a great feeling.

      Cons

      I would say the only pet peeve I have is that I need to wake up very early, but that's kind of understandable since the clients are from China so the time zone is very different.

      Pros

      -The most flexible online company out there. -There is room for growth because they have different programs. -They have hours even on off peak hours. Operates 24/7 like 7/11.

      Cons

      -I wish the rating for technical and lesson issues are separate from performance. :-(

      Thank you for your feedback. You asked. We listened. We are now rolling out an optional pay structure that is independent of student reviews. A teacher would be paid a flat rate that is higher than the industry standard. We have also made our technical infrastructure more robust and dependable to prevent student connection issues.
