Pros
The pay is good. You get bookings from day one. The students are fun and most of the time very interactive. The material is interesting, but could be better.
Cons
Students can rate you really unfairly from technical to internet issues. If you don't pay attention to the rating system, then you can work with peace of mind. Most of the teachers are constantly stressed out due to low ratings from students for no real reason.
