Pros

There is still some of the good people left at the company. While there has been A LOT of turnover lately, there are still a few who would want nothing more than to see the company succeed. This is a good place to work if you are looking for short-term work, or if you are looking for something to add experience on your resume.

Cons

New change in management came along with a cut in overall yearly income. Wouldn't be surprised if next years revised benefits come with a cut in what they are currently. Beware that there was also spoken incentives for people to leave good reviews on Glassdoor. If you are looking for a company with a healthy employee culture, this isn't it. They will do their best to make you feel like you matter and the employees are the biggest asset, but when push comes to shove, they will show you that business is more important. Old upper management worked very hard through the years to actually show that they cared about the employees and worked hard to give opportunities to those who worked hard, and they genuinely cared for the employee and their family and their life. It's such a shame this was lost in the change. I learned a lot throughout the years of working at TOPS, and have made some good friends... but the change in management changed everything. While 3 years back I would have gladly left a 4-5 star rating, I feel it necessary to let interested potential employees know about the dangers in new management.

Pros

Remote Work Options Flex time (if you can take it) Former CEO no longer here, new CEO fall 2023. Too new too tell if he will be effective.

Cons

ELT team is one of the worst I have ever encountered. ELT likes to point fingers at staff for the poor decisions they made ELT has no comprehension of the industry ELT has a focus on things that don't matter to the customers who are begging for product bug fixes and delayed enhancements Below average benefits for SAAS companies; no 401K match Workload is not attainable if you want to do a good job No incentive programs for employees No formal reviews or raises for years ELT meets for hours on end and there are no resolutions that improves anything staff has to do People in teams are not held accountable for the jobs they are supposed to perform affecting the overall customer base. So far, CEO has not had a positive effect on finding ways to make an impact on customer centric things, although that is a "pillar".

Pros

Most of the people are willing to share their knowledge and help you understand the product better. It's continuous change and updates in response to users needs were pretty good. Benefits were amazing.

Cons

Constant leadership changes and struggles. Constant quota and commission structure changes. No real product training. Communications with the sales team from any of the other teams was extremely lacking. Sales was always last to know about anything and first to get blamed for problems.
