I have been working at Eurest full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great Monday - Friday morning schedule. Awesome benefits! Free food and fun environment. If you don’t like hard work and early mornings it’s not for you.

    Cons

Poor pay compared to similar jobs, but they get you by the great schedule. Needs more and better training. Always seems understaffed. Much to lengthy interview process for hourly positions.

    Advice to Management

Make an investment in your staff, and management, it will pay off.

    Advice to Management

the job will only be good if you have good management. At my account we have a really good team along with a good GM and DM, and we get a lot of support from that management. If you're there for your team they will be there for you and everyone will enjoy the work day.

I have been working at Eurest full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Paid well, good hours, delicious free food

    Cons

Management is too money hungry, makes deals with coke & pepsi and then forces us to sell their beverages. Upper management doesn't care if we cannot sell the product, we just are forced to buy it. Same concept with frozen food and gross retail snacks. Upper management sells contracts saying we use all fresh food, then we are forced to purchase a pallet/month of frozen. Upper management wants us to do all of these things (open more stations, product more, have more chefs tables, etc) all which require more labor, however we are forced to flex labor all the time. They want us to somehow produce more but cut labor, they do not treat hourly labor with any respect, do not care about cutting their hours, however expect the hourly labor to do all of the work. Upper management never seem to understand how operations actually work, they just have ideas of how to make more money. This is why our turnover is so high.
