I have been working at Evenflo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great work environment. They are investing in new systems, infrastructure, people! I am continuously surprised at the number of employee events they do every month to keep things exciting and fun.

    Cons

The organization is going through growing pains as a global company. I see this as a great learning opportunity.

    Advice to Management

Give clear and consistent direction. Evenflo has a bright future.

I have been working at Evenflo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

40% off Evenflo products, which really helps if you have young children.

    Cons

Ever since April 2016 they have been having layoffs almost every other week, essentially cutting you down to half pay for the month. The biweekly pay period is awful. They don't pay you enough and you never know if you're facing a layoff for a week or a lot of overtime. It's hard to plan life around that kind of uncertainty. Also, the health plan is absolute garbage and way overpriced.

    Advice to Management

Pay weekly, and get a set schedule together. No one likes not knowing if they're going to be out of work the next week. There's no excuse for an every other week layoff.
