      Pros

      Work from home. People are nice.

      Cons

      Vacation policies are extremely old for the US. Only 2 weeks a year no matter how long you work there. Software tools randomly get uninstalled, licenses revoked. Zero matching 401K.

      Pros

      Since the company consists of a small group of employees, it's easy to interact with everyone and even with the higher officers and work together as a team in accomplishing a given task.

      Cons

      The scale of the company is not too large and hence but kind of exposure is not up to the mark.
