Pros

It's beneficial for female employees, as there is a womanizer in the leadership team who focuses exclusively on them. He promotes and increases the salaries of female employees, even those who may be unskilled.

Cons

The overall culture and environment within the organization are subpar. There is an issue with a specific individual in the leadership team who exhibits inappropriate behavior, particularly towards male employees. This person prevents other leaders from providing promotions and salary hikes to male staff and displays rude behavior. Employee engagement levels are notably low, impacting the overall morale and satisfaction among the workforce. There are instances of unethical decision-making within the company, raising concerns about the integrity of the organization
