I have been working at Exane full-time

    Pros

It has an entrepreneurial culture where you encouraged to come up with new ways of working or thinking about things. Supported by a dynamic management team.

    Cons

Perhaps not the biggest payer despite the very strong performance in recent years.

    Advice to Management

Stay innovative and not conformist. Do not be complacent about rising analysts who could easily be tempted away.
