I have been working at Exusia full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    If you don't have a job, it's a job

    Cons

If you are moving from another job because the recruiters lied to you about how great the company is, please stay where you are. You will be used on a project that doesn't match your skillset. The CEO will ask you to like and deceive the client so he can sell a project that will ultimately fail. The other management people will just sit around and make sure they keep their job by going to adult establishments with the CEO and by woman for him. Even the woman working for him think that they will get their fair share and will side with him until they all leave. This company is built on bad ethics and horrible people. Read all the negative reviews. They are all saying the same thing.

    Advice to Management

Too sad of adults who will all get it when it hurts the most.

    Pros

High salaries for all employee bands to the detriment of the P&L.

    Cons

Horrible management, horrible CEO, low employee morale, low quality outcomes. CEO reputation impacts client conversion rates and leads to desperate sales tactics by the CEO without any qualified sales support. CEO relies on charismatic presentation skills to wing it during high pressure sales tactics. If he thinks a client is about to walk away he offers work for free, then screws employees on bonuses.

    Pros

There are no pros to working here.

    Cons

I would have chosen no stars as a rating but that wasn't available. Too many cons to name.

    Advice to Management

Sell the company to people who can run it the right way. Too many cooks in the kitchen and nothing is being accomplished. Empower your staff to do their jobs without hovering and second guessing every decision that is made. The CEO is too involved in every aspect of the company and refuses to relinquish control. Every Manager needs management training . I don't know how the company has lasted this long....

    Pros

    None ! what so ever

    Cons

Exusia is the worst company to work for if you are qualified, capable, smart and progressive trying to grow your career. Their HR,CEO,CFO, operations , legal is all a joke and "just for pretense" entities. The company is completely controlled by unethical husband/wife duo with no transparency to what they are cooking behind scenes. The management team is comprised of "yes-sir" and "scratch my back I scratch yours" bunch of incapable individuals. They falsely abuse the employees with delayed payments and tricky ways with the terms of salary agreements. And then they use them to show hostility once the employee decides to part from this bunch of jokers.

    Advice to Management

I don't have time for advising anyone from this team.

    Pros

You think you're working for a data company...

    Cons

I’ve never worked at a company that is as predatory and unethical. When they interview you, they lie to you about all the great work they’ve done. They don’t tell you that they got kicked out of multiple banks for stealing client’s proprietary data. The CEO is rotten to the core and will attack and shame employees in front of everyone. The management team is too busy kissing the CEO’s ego and they really look to him as the savior of mankind. The CEO really thinks he’s the reincarnated Steve Jobs, when all he really did was marry a very nice person to take her money and cheat on her. The CEO is brazen about his adulterous life and sends pictures of his naked mistresses to his management team during client presentations and they all laugh about it. The lawsuit shows how the management team uses company money to charge Stripclub private room tabs. Don’t every think you can speak up to do the right thing. You will be fired as soon as your project ends. The CEO will call you up, rip you apart and tell you that you are fired.

    Advice to Management

Don't be so rude to your employees. Things will come around.

    Pros

If you're young, learning and specifically interested in Ab Initio.

    Cons

This is a toxic place. The CEO, CFO and the leadership is learning on the job, and are unaware of their short comings. There is no strategy, no client pipeline management and no client delivery management. They sell themselves as big data, but they should be an outsource shop for Ab Initio. There are pockets of skillsets in other technologies, but overall leaderships lack the vision and skillsets to execute in these areas.

Dedication to clients is very low. Exusia leadership is combative with client leadership, do not integrate into client teams and does not consider client specific context or desired outcomes. Leadership has a “well if they didn’t need us, they wouldn’t have hired us” attitude. Client deliverables are of an exceptionally low quality, lacking congruent thought a relevance to client objectives. I did not see a single work product or deliverable presented to a client on time.

Good people with good ideas leave or get pushed out. Exusia don't pay, or slow pays employee expenses, bonuses and contractor invoices. Their responsiveness to employee concerns is slow. CEO sticks his head in the sand, instead of working with people to resolve issues. CFO, his wife and co-founder, pushes employee concerns specifically about the CEO, back the CEO. In the end, the employees and clients suffer for the CEOs very public indiscretions and the fractured working relationship between the CEO and CFO.

    Advice to Management

Co-founders; fire your friends in leadership. Get yourselves out of the day-to-day, hire an experienced leadership team, allowing them to rebuild with their own team.

    Pros

If you were hired for a job, you will have a job for the duration as long as the CEO does not screw up the account and you are banned from working at the client

    Cons

This is a nightmare company to work for. The CEO is a despicable person who married his wife to build the company and abused his powers until he got caught with all the horrible things he did with hookers and even his own employees. The only reason why he was caught because he was sexually harassing the company’s legal counsel which was his wife’s friend and he got hit with a lawsuit that made the front pages of the NY Post. He is so insecure, he needs to monitor everyone’s emails and expenses to make sure nobody charges an extra bagel for breakfast. However, he spent hundreds of thousands of dollars using employee’s money for his own pleasure at strip clubs and his mistresses as documented in the lawsuit. Since he’s so insecure, he only keeps incompetent people around him to feel good about himself. They truly are underwhelming. There are no new clients. Don't become a victim of the Narcissistic CEO who is a horrible human being who is hated by the majority of the company.

    Pros

Smart people, competitive compensation, exciting projects, and interesting clients.

    Cons

This company is imploding and is not a stable place to work. There are risks in working for any start up but this place is falling apart. Their reputation is in shambles due to a recent lawsuit and leadership is cracking under the strain. Do not be fooled by pleasentries in interviews. The management team is extremely aggressive and often speaks inappropriately to employees. They claim to value their people. I think what they mean by this is "we can abuse you and overstep personal boundaries as long as we throw significant amounts of money at you." Try not to be tempted. The work environment is unpredictable and hectic. Work life balance is non existant.

    Advice to Management

Think before you speak. Delegate more.
