I worked at Exzac full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

They do recruit professional people in most cases, but that's also their biggest con. Work day is usually balanced with 8.5 working hours. If that's enough for you - you should come work here

    Cons

Technology is obsolete. You will not use your full potential or advance yourself professionally during your stay with Exzac (aka Matrix IFS).
The company doesn't really care about exposing the employees to new technologies - as long as you're billable and making money, why should the company invest more of its time and money in you?
CEO and management seem to have no technological understanding and their only agenda seem to be to make sure the projects stay alive.
Managing directors seem to not last more than a year.
Raises almost don't exist and no bonuses. No 401k match by the company too.

    Advice to Management

Employees are your assets, not just resources generating revenue. Start treating them with respect and invest in them on a professional and personal level.

    Pros

The working day ends after exactly 8 hours
Some people are nice and friendly

    Cons

The main products (which are customization only) are old and based on outdated technology.
Working for Exzac hardly contributes to the development career.
Depressive atmosphere (bad company DNA in my opinion, which leads to a poor interaction between employees).
It feels is like a resource which fills customer hours on the weekly form.

    Pros

    Hard to find any pros.
    Actually nothing !

    Cons

This is a headcount company that gas no concern to professional .
    No real tech challenges .
You will do thins that are below your skills and will be frustrated.

    Advice to Management

    start treating people as assets
    don't lie to employees
    bring people with suitable skills
think for long term instead of narrow short term

You'll harvest what you sow - too many people are leaving the company as soon as they have the opportunity (visa/green card).

Your employees are your biggest assets if you'll treat them well they will stay.

I have been working at Exzac full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The company is growing and there are many new faces. My onboarding process and relocation was great. I had to move my family here and it's was a lot of work and I appreciated guidance that I got.

    Cons

The project is slighting boring but I work with a nice group of people.

    Advice to Management

With the fact the company is growing and many employees are on different sites it would be nice to have more events. This summer event was great for my family and myself. A lot of thought went into it. I appreciated the help to all of my questions for my relocation.

    Pros

lots of free time , and that's about it.

    Cons

No real tech challenges , the job itself is very boring and not helping career advancement. The company did not help in any way at the relocation procedure.

    Advice to Management

The directors are embarrassment. From tech point and also from personality point.

    Pros

Opportunities to work on different projects and with different customers. The company had recently initiated several employee social events. Most recent summer event included families which was very nice.

    Cons

Commute can be long, depends on where you come from.

    Advice to Management

Continue to invest in the employees. Continue to grow.

I worked at Exzac full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Complete control of the work and life balance. I was able to work overtime hours to get extra income when I needed it but was not pressed to work overtime when I was not interested. I was able to gain knowledge in the hot market areas of AML and Surveillance which allowed me to get a senior position after leaving at a Big 4 firm. Was a great time there and I am thankful for it and would recommend to others to join.

    Cons

Not a pure software development company its pure professional services environment. Important to know that before starting that the work is more in that realm. If you know going in the con becomes a pro of course.

    Advice to Management

Additional perks would be handy to get the employees morale up. I still have friends at the firm and I think for their sake that would be helpful.
