Cons
Being a small company means you need to be adaptable and work within the constraints of team and resources on occasions.
An incredibly dedicated and experienced team that work selflessly for each other and towards building a successful company. I love coming to work every day because of their positivity and can-do attitude.
There is a real focus on equality and inclusion with everyone, no matter what their background or situation, being accommodated via flexible working practices and a focus on outcomes, not inputs.
People are trusted to make decisions, to learn from "mistakes" and to take responsibility for their own actions. Whilst there are clear annual and quarterly goals, the teams are responsible for working out the best way to deliver them and they are free to get on with it. No "HIPPO's" here.
It's a genuinely fun place to work where laughter is welcomed. We all spend so much time together that having fun is vital. The great thing is that it is encouraged here.
Cons
The team is growing but we still need to hire more people as there is so much opportunity. Therefore we need to be ruthless with prioritisation. Sometimes we have to accept that the most important thing we have to do is not always the thing we want to do next!
Apart from that, there are no real 'Cons' against EyeQuant. It's a great place to work.
