      Mixed feelings

      Pros

      Remote work. Some people were good people while others were the total opposite.

      Cons

      Some management members (not all), especially lower management, don't belong in a management position at all. They have no clue how to manage people . I was working under a manager that required me to be certified with them the first few weeks I was hired. The same manager started to blame me for other people's fault from totally different group and responsibility for something that I had nothing to do with. All that happened when my project finished and they had no other work for me. I ended up quitting the company.

      The check cleared. No one knows what is going on so could have a side business.

      Cons

      If you are a masochist that enjoys being treated like garbage from Irish Product overlords and loves it when clients hate you because everyone else from the company has lied to them this is the place for you. Terrible leadership with no direction. North America is 2nd class and treated beneath the Irish. Lots of broken promises to clients and employees. This place sucks.

We are glad to hear that you found that there are opportunities to learn and that you rate your team and manager as it really is our people who make the culture in FINEOS a successful one. One of our key People goals in 2021 has been redeveloping our onboarding experience and this kind of feedback helps us to understand the pain points of employees and for us to learn from each other. In addition to this as you pointed out it is a busy organisation with some self-directed learning required at times. Work life balance is extremely important to FINEOS and as like most companies we are continually working to improve the balance between business needs and employee well-being and we have been proud to launch our Wellness program to support employees.
