      Pros

      The company has a lot of active fundings, so you have great exposure to reps of deal flow.

      Cons

      There onboardings is a mess. There is no training for there analyst positions. You are expected to learn everything yourself so be prepared if you are coming into the company as a new graduate. You will be working by yourself or remotely most of the time.

      Pros

      Fast paced environment, great strategy and has been performing very well in a slow market. For the other reviews here from past employees saying it’s toxic and that you are on call 24/7….you are in the wrong industry, it’s a PE real estate firm, what did you expect?

      Cons

      Not the best hiring, salaries are low for the market which in turn leads to talent issues.
