      - For some reason, FITec is able to hire very talented people - There is not too much pressure - Above average benefits - Some interesting projects and possibility to travel

      Cons

      - Terrible, terrible, terrible management - Compensation is below average - Strict times - Ridiculously small kitchen, with no seating and too close to the bathroom - No possibility of growth - Lack of motivation of everyone from lower management to above
