I worked at Field School full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I was given so much responsibility at such a young age. i was able to grow not only professional but also emotionally

    Cons

A lot of the staff were young and the turnover was high because the school took a chance on teachers.

    Advice to Management

Need to increase salary (which I'm aware they've done so over the years)
