Pros

1. Since I started working, I am now working with the best managers and chief officers ever. They all have proven careers in the industry and professional work ethic. 2. Talent is out. Because of the relatively small size of the company, it is a work environment that stands out immediately if you have skills. Conversely, it is very difficult to pretend to be proficient. 3. People are the future of the company. The CEO has a philosophy that values people. Although performance is important, he values a person's personality and attitude in life a lot. And he believes it will benefit the company as a whole. Also, The CEO made and implemented Covid countermeasures faster than the government last year. 4. Warm heart colleagues. Like many small companies, we had many in and out of people. During the hard time, a strong bond developed between my colleagues. Everyone respects each other and does not postpone their duties to others. 5. Impossibles come true. The business model that people said was impossible is coming true. It crossed the barrier of regulation, which was the biggest hurdle, and started service. I think this was possible because the CEO presented transparent information and a clear vision to the relevant organizations and stakeholders.

Cons

1. You might have stable alternatives in employment if you have decent experience. The company is sailing the new ocean where no one has been succeeded. Because of that, there will be uncertainties that need to be checked and resolved as we progress. 2. CEO is a little rougher than Vancouver's culture. He has been a legal alien in many countries for many of his life. I think the experience outside of his home country gave him a strong personality for survival. In particular, his early career was spent on Wall Street in New York, where roughness was second to none. Unless he's at work, he's an ordinary guy who is good at jokes that aren't always funny. 3. No matter where and how many careers you come from, you'll have to learn the company's business at first. As mentioned earlier, the company is running a new business that had not existed. If you don't know all about private and public equity trading, foreign exchange, investment banking, company listing, software development, and blockchain technology, you'll have to go through the learning curve.
