    Tends to have corporate clients, which can limit creativity.

    Perhaps consider broadening client scope.

    Good salary, and good management

    Cons

    Came in on the end of the project and it required a lot of overtime.

    I have been working at Firefly full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Provides flexibility to work remotely or in the office, encourages employees to have a good balance between work and home life. Work hard, be accountable, encourages the employees to provide feedback, open floor discussions are preferred over closed door discussions. Long story short; employees are treated as trust worthy adults and in turn act accordingly.

    Cons

    Account Managers aren't traveling because there isn't enough money in the budget which is somewhat limiting the true potential of their success.

    Advice to Management

    Increase the budget to allow the account managers to travel a minimum of once a qtr.

    Pros

    In an environment where technology is changing all the time - the data centre - makes for plenty of intellectual stimulation. The culture at Firefly rewards innovation and creativity. Growing, new people arriving most months make it a vibrant place to work.

    Cons

    Some remote working and as a medium sized company some of the out of office support is a little weak.

    you get to see the world and work with EXTREMELY clever people

    Cons

    a lot of travel - all in coach. Days and days on end

    change long distance flights to business, or at least prem economy where applicable

    Pros

    On the leading edge of Networking technology driving consumer adoption is challenging but exciting. There is a real sense of common purpose and shared goals.

    Cons

    Many roles require a lot of travel and time away from home. For some this may be an advantage, but personally I find it hard.
