- Professional clued in preslaes team. - Strong Customer Support team

Cons

- A product that is badly lacking compared to competitors with the wrong licencing model.(you will be told otherwise) - Annual sales quotas that no one has ever come close to attaining which is a huge red flag. -Micro management to another level of unhealthiness. -If you are in a role, do not leave to join. But if you are inbetween roles, made redundant etc then consider but this won't be a grass is greener experience.

- Considerate workplace with flexible hours (a human approach to taking time off when needed) - Encourages new ideas - Career progression opportunities - Though certain tasks need deadlines, management is considerate if you need extensions / require help - Great social club & regular events (monthly book club / poker nights / paint & prosecco / nights out etc.)

Cons

Very few cons... sometimes it's hard to get a hold of certain people if you need something due to them being busy, but if it is a highly important issue I think most if not all collaborate well together.

Can’t imagine this company will be around much longer. Clueless management running it to the ground. Lack of respect for employees in general is astounding, although some favoured employees certainly enjoy extra ‘perks’!!
