Cons
CEO is unprofessional and spews nonsense most of the time. Hires off-shore to take advantage of low wages. His team is mostly women who do brunt of the work. It's strange that his on-shore team is mostly just women and no one here has brought it up. Expectations are too high, but salary is not proportional. Will blow up on you from the tiniest mistake which can be fixed in minutes. A few of the PMs lack respect towards the already underpaid off-shore team. Not a good environment if you're looking for a stable income because CEO would just suddenly put you on part-time but expects full-time workload output. He likes to brag about chatting with Arnel Pineda in his IG DMs lol. Expect to hear that story in every meeting.
