Empathic and focused leadership. Good domain (freight and LTL) with bright future No physical office (all remote) Very talented team High growth rate

Cons

As any other startup, cash compensation is not very competitive (options fill the gap with market) Focus on product is less due to global supply chain issues

* Top management truly cares about happiness of the employees * Good teamwork between the individuals who work at the company * The company feels like a family, which is mostly a good thing * Management cares about the green mission * 100% remote, so it's easier to have a life and work here * Opportunities to take responsibility for broad areas within the company, and encouragement to learn on the job

Cons

* The company is deep in the mucky details of the freight business, still trying to figure out where it can both add value and make a decent margin. It's just a hard business. * Not enough people onboard to do all the work * 100% remote, so it's hard to know what everyone else in the company is doing * Unclear which executives own some issues, so they sit in limbo indefinitely, and there's no obvious consequences for poor performance in these areas
