    Positive Outlook

    Pros

Great company, culture, people, and environment.

    Cons

Salaries a little on the low side. Employees leave to get a higher salary then they come back to GSW to get a raise and make more money.

    Advice to Management

Try to retain your loyal hard working employees by treating them right and they won't seek other employment.

I worked at GSW full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great salary, bonuses and benefits.

    Cons

Too political, some people work really hard while others skate by doing nothing. A firmer colleague did not show up to work for a month but they kept paying them while others work 60-80 hours s week without any show of appreciation.

    Advice to Management

It's not a popularity game. Quit being underhanded and backstabbing. Need to work on work/life balance. Going to work there is just like showing up for high school.

    Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

    Advice to Management

    Good luck.
