Pros
Many of the people doing the actual work are talented, kind, and hard-working.
Cons
GSW merged with another company about 2 years ago, and in the past year have become publicly traded on the US stock exchange. This move killed any sense of independence and everything -- EVERYTHING -- is now driven by stock holders. The company slogan is "Speak People" but they absolutely do not live this value. Employees are cogs in a corporate machine, and the attitude in the office is one of despair. I would never, ever, encourage anyone to apply for a job here.
