It is a good company, it was the BEST, but things change

International Business environment, work with overseas partners. You get much job experience, un-matched experience that you won't get anywhere else Great job with handing online customers, 24/7

Salary is not good, not good compared to the name of the company as a starting employee the salary will be okay, but after 3-4 years, you won't get a perfect salary, such as you were promised, you should not count on their promise Evaluation system is bad with all aspects, it is totally unfair, and don't guarantee a reasonable career development for the employee HR system about the vacations and overtime is bad If you skip 2 or 3 hours from your work time, you will get penalty and they will deduct 9 hours (3 * 3) hours from your salary However if you worked overtime 3 hours, you will get paid only 3 hours overtime, not 3 * 3
