Rigid german culture does not fit well with gaming no understanding of the US market very greedy, doesn't care about players, just revenue. which they don't get cause noone plays their games cause they dont care about the players

very chaotic to work with German parent company, especially when parent company was taken over by Gameforge

- free beverages - cheap massage once a week - relatively much spare time

Cons

- some ppl are just on their position cause personal likes - decisions taken way to spontaneously, without have a longer or more decent look at it - financial outcome way to important - too many bootlickers in higher positions
